While we do not provide VA benefits counseling, we proudly collaborate with Veteran Service Organizations, VA resources, and trusted community partners to help connect Veterans with the support and senior living options they deserve.

How We Help
Guidance through every senior living and senior care decision
Every Veteran's situation is different. Our role is to explain the options clearly, coordinate the moving pieces, and stay with the family until the right decision is made.
Assisted Living
Larger communities with dining, activities, transportation, and 24-hour staffing. We tour, vet, and shortlist communities that fit a Veteran's care needs, budget, and preferred part of Arizona.
Licensed Care Homes
Smaller, residential licensed homes with higher caregiver-to-resident ratios. Often a good fit for Veterans who prefer a quieter household setting over a large campus.
Independent Living
For Veterans who remain largely independent but want maintenance-free living, community, and services close at hand. We explain what is and is not included before a commitment is made.
Memory Care
Secured, purpose-built settings with staff trained in dementia care. We help families understand licensing levels, staffing, and programming so the decision is made with clear information.
Home Health
Skilled nursing and therapy delivered at home under a physician's plan of care. We connect families with trusted Arizona agencies and coordinate timing around a discharge or a change in condition.
Hospice
Comfort-focused care centered on dignity, symptom management, and family support. We introduce hospice partners and help families understand how hospice works alongside a living setting.
ALTCS
Arizona Long Term Care System is a state Medicaid program with medical and financial eligibility requirements. We explain the process in plain language and point families to the right resources — we do not provide legal or benefits counseling.
Community Resources
Transportation, caregiver respite, meal programs, senior centers, adult day programs, and county aging services. We share what exists near a Veteran's home and how to reach it.
Trusted Veteran Partners
We maintain relationships with Veteran Service Organizations and community groups across Arizona and refer families to them directly for benefits questions that fall outside our scope.
Working Alongside
A team effort — with the people already serving Veterans well
We stay in our lane and collaborate with the organizations and professionals who own theirs. Benefits questions go to the accredited experts; senior living navigation is our work.
Veteran Service Organizations
We refer families to accredited VSOs for benefits questions and stay in step with them on care planning.
VA Social Workers
When a Veteran is already connected to VA services, we coordinate alongside their social worker rather than around them.
Hospital Case Managers
We respond quickly on discharge timelines and provide vetted senior living options that match the discharge plan.
Community Partners
Home health, hospice, therapy, legal, and financial professionals we know and trust across Arizona.
Military Families
Spouses, adult children, and caregivers — often coordinating from another state. We keep everyone informed and moving in the same direction.
