The story

After years inside Arizona's senior care industry, Abi saw the gap.

She watched families arrive exhausted, terrified, and armed with a hospital discharge deadline — and be handed a stack of glossy brochures with no way to tell what actually mattered. She watched placements that "checked the boxes" fall apart within weeks. She watched people struggle through ALTCS applications with nobody to call.

She built AdvaCare to be the resource she wished those families had. Not a directory, not a lead machine — a genuine advocate, free to families, who walks with them through the whole thing.

It means we tour communities alongside you and ask the questions you might not think to ask — about staff turnover, medication management, nighttime staffing, and what happens when needs change. It means we're honest when a shiny brochure hides a troubled operator. It means we stay reachable long after move-in.

It also means we're relentlessly student-of-the-craft: we tour new communities constantly, keep current on ALTCS changes, and maintain personal relationships with the operators, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, and geriatric care managers who form the backbone of good senior care in Arizona.
