AdvaCare was founded by Abi after years of witnessing Arizona families struggle to navigate senior living without a trusted advocate. What began as one person's commitment to doing things differently has grown into a team dedicated to providing honest guidance, compassionate advocacy, and personalized recommendations for families across Arizona.

Families arrived exhausted, frightened, and holding a hospital discharge deadline — then were handed a stack of glossy brochures with no way to tell what actually mattered. Placements that "checked the boxes" fell apart within weeks. People worked through ALTCS applications with nobody to call.

AdvaCare exists to be the resource those families never had. Not a directory, not a lead machine — a genuine advocacy firm, free to families, whose team walks with them through the whole process.

We advocate before we recommend. We educate before families decide. We remain available after move-in. We believe trust is earned through honesty. And we build relationships — not transactions.

In practice, our Care Navigators tour communities alongside you and ask the questions families might not think to ask — about staff turnover, medication management, nighttime staffing, and what happens when needs change. We are candid when a polished brochure hides a troubled operator, and we stay reachable long after move-in day.

Our team remains relentlessly student-of-the-craft: we tour new communities constantly, stay current on ALTCS changes, and maintain working relationships with the operators, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, and geriatric care managers who form the backbone of good senior care in Arizona.
